Blayze Buseth

Blayze, an artist-in-residence at the New Harmony Clay Project from October 2018 to February 2019, delved into creating functional art inspired by the unique environment of New Harmony. His intent was to immerse himself in the community, drawing inspiration from his surroundings and the concepts he encountered.

During his residency, Blayze explored new clay bodies and formulated innovative glazes, resulting in artwork that resonates deeply with the community. This reception was a wonderful opportunity to experience his creations firsthand and to celebrate the impact of his residency.
